- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I sent a letter on the 30th to be signed for , to which they said it would be there Saturday, unless signature then they will bring it back on Monday. . This is now The 4th and they say they couldn't guarantee delivery because "they" sent it postal and they only know it got to the post office!! WTF??? This was time sensitive mail and I trusted them ANDk it cost $2.00 more than the post office, where they sent it anyways!! Very mad!!!! And still don't know where the letter is!/////// UPDATE.......TODAY IS April 13th and I received my expensive envelope BACK for ADDITIONAL POSTAGE??? WTH??? Grrrr. REALLY MAD NOW!!!...... I had also received a call from"someone" at UPS trying to give reasons for their bad service.By Paula Rossbach, December 18, 2016
