- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Charged fees that should not have been charged, overdraft fees when there was plenty of money in the account. The people are not very friendly nor are they helpful. Their website and mobile apps are a joke. I have an excellent credit score, stable income (same employer for almost 20 years), and I've been a member of the credit union since 1995 and I still have trouble getting a loan through them. Switched to USAA and couldn't be happier.By B J, June 30, 2017
